We’ve been busy! Here are a few of the trainings that are aligned with our priorities that we’ve recently attended:
May 17-18, 2023: Advancing Antiracism, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in STEMM Organizations – Report Release Workshop hosted by the National Academies. Speakers discussed the ways that research can inform practice, evaluation can measure progress, and how the community interested in antiracism, diversity, equity, and inclusion can increase a sense of belonging in learning and working environments.
June 26-28, 2023: The American University Summer Institute on Education, Equity, and Justice. The theme for 2023 is “Eradicating the Stigma: Prioritizing Mental Health in Pre K-16 Education.”
